En tanto, se mantuvo la confianza en Financiero (\u00a8muy optimista\u00a8) y Miner\u00eda (\u00a8levemente pesimista\u00a8) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuando al an\u00e1lisis del a\u00f1o 2021, el ICE se mantuvo entre \u00a8neutral\u00a8 y \u00a8levemente optimista\u00a8, dejando atr\u00e1s los niveles de elevado pesimismo en que se ubic\u00f3 la mayor parte del a\u00f1o previo. Ello, <strong>en un contexto de avance del proceso de vacunaci\u00f3n y menores restricciones, junto con una mayor actividad econ\u00f3mica impulsada principalmente por medidas de apoyo a los hogares y retiros de fondos previsionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cEl ambiente electoral y legislativo, adem\u00e1s del proceso constituyente, han generado cautela y un techo a la recuperaci\u00f3n de la confianza empresarial, ante los posibles cambios del contexto econ\u00f3mico y pol\u00edtico\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, explica el director del CEEN, Cristi\u00e1n Echeverr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En  cuanto a la percepci\u00f3n sobre el costo de insumos, Echeverr\u00eda explica que esto <em><strong>\u00abha retrocedido significativamente hacia niveles de profundo pesimismo, ubic\u00e1ndose a fines del a\u00f1o en el nivel \u00abextraordinariamente pesimista\u00bb, el m\u00e1s bajo de toda la escala del ICE.
