The Facultad de Economía y Negocios (FEN, School of Business and Economics) at Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD), Chile, invites applications for full-time faculty positions in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management.
Positions:
• Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior (1 position)
• Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in Strategic Management (1 position)
Location: Santiago, Chile (campus located near the Andes Mountains)

Position Description
The successful candidate is expected to:
• Conduct high-quality, impactful research in their field.
• Teach up to 4 courses per year at undergraduate and graduate levels (Master’s and Ph.D.).
• Supervise and mentor students.
• Contribute to academic service within the School’s Research Centers and the University.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• PhD degree in Organizational Behavior/Strategic Management or a related field.
• Documented teaching qualifications, including evidence and materials for evaluating pedagogical effectiveness.
• Documented research production at an international level, including publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and write at a high academic level.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in academic leadership roles (desirable).
• Strong collaborative orientation, with a keen interest in working with colleagues in both research and teaching, and contributing to a vibrant research culture.
Desired Productivity Guidelines
In alignment with internationally recognized academic standards and national accreditation requirements, faculty members contributing to doctoral programs are expected to meet the following productivity benchmarks:
• At least four WoS-indexed publications in the last five years (Q1, Q2 or Q3),
or
• At least three WoS-indexed publications in the last five year (Q1–Q2) plus participation as principal or co-investigator in a competitive research grant (e.g., Fondecyt, FONDEF, ANID programs, CORFO, or equivalent international funding schemes).
