The purpose of this work area is following the conditions of regional competitiveness, based on an annual seven-dimensional monitoring of competitiveness in the 15 regions of Chile. Its study is relevant to research, decision making of fiscal expenditure and public policies at the regional level, and decisions of geographical location of private sector initiatives.
